Ice Pops
with yogurt and fresh strawberries

250 g fresh strawberries
40 g agave syrup
350 g strawberry yogurt

Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the strawberries
Wash the strawberries well and cut them into cubes.
Place the strawberries in a small saucepan with the agave syrup.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until you obtain a soft compote.
Turn off the heat and leave to cool completely.
Step 2: Fill the moulds
Pour one spoonful of strawberry yogurt and one spoonful of strawberry compote into each mould.
Mix quickly with a stick to create a swirled effect.
Insert the wooden sticks.
Step 3: Freeze
Place the moulds in the freezer for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 4: Serve
Remove the ice pops from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
