with yogurt and fresh strawberries

250 g fresh strawberries

40 g agave syrup

350 g strawberry yogurt

Whole milk yoghurt - 125g x 2 - Strawberry
Strawberry - Full fat yogurt

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the strawberries

  • Wash the strawberries well and cut them into cubes.

  • Place the strawberries in a small saucepan with the agave syrup.

  • Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until you obtain a soft compote.

  • Turn off the heat and leave to cool completely.

Step 2: Fill the moulds

  • Pour one spoonful of strawberry yogurt and one spoonful of strawberry compote into each mould.

  • Mix quickly with a stick to create a swirled effect.

  • Insert the wooden sticks.

Step 3: Freeze

  • Place the moulds in the freezer for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 4: Serve

  • Remove the ice pops from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
