Lactose-free yogurt is made by adding the enzyme lactase during production. This enzyme breaks down lactose into glucose and galactose, making the yogurt easier to digest for everyone. Compared to the “original version” of Sterzinger yogurt, these yogurts have a more pronounced sweetness.
